Qualifications
Required: 3+ years of experience providing IT Support in a Multi-Location/ National environment.
Required: 5+ years of experience configuring and administering Microsoft Office 365
Required: 5+ years of experience maintaining Networks in a Network Administrator/ Network Administration capacity.
Required: 3+ years of experience configuring Networks.
Required: Cyber Security Knowledge and awareness.
Required: 2+ years of experience managing or leading Tier 1 Helpdesk Professionals.
Required: 5+ years of experience handling Helpdesk Tickets.
Required: 2+ years of experience handling Helpdesk Tickets in a Tier 3 Capacity.
Required: 2+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printers, tablets etc.
This experience must include experience configuring both MAC/ Apple and Windows Operating Systems.
Required: 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Intune.
Required: 5+ years of experience with Ticketing Systems.
They use FreshService but any Ticketing System is sufficient.
Required: 2+ years of experience with Technology Lifecycle Management.
Making decisions as to when to phase out old equipment, documenting this decision-making process and effectively communicating it with necessary stakeholders and performing necessary updates and maintenance on existing equipment.
Required: Experience performing remote troubleshooting using remote troubleshooting tools.
They use AnyDesk but any competitor of AnyDesk is sufficient.
Very Nice To Have: Experience troubleshooting and administrating AS400 / IBMi
Nice To Have: Experience with VMWare server virtualization.
Nice To Have: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator
Nice To Have: CompTIA A+, Network +, or Security +, ITIL foundation Certifications
Nice To Have: Experience adhering to Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Compliance standards
Nice To Have: Experience adhering to PCI Compliance standards
Nice To Have: Security Engineering experience
Nice To Have: Experience with Adobe Suite, Sophos, Barracuda, Ubiquiti, Aruba
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
