HR Systems Manager (UKG Pro) – Passaic County, NJ

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 + 15% bonus

Ready to own the HR tech stack and drive real impact? This is a standalone, high-visibility role for a systems optimizer who thrives on both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all things UKG Pro—system admin, dashboards, KPIs, and integrations (must know SQL and BI tools; no time for training wheels)

  • Partner with leadership (LT team seat) to elevate the people function—bring ideas, build solutions, and present to everyone from C-suite to warehouse

  • Clean up, build up: Take a well-maintained system and design what’s next (think: interior designer, not just a janitor)

  • Own data hygiene, reporting, and compliance (HIPAA, FMLA, EEO, etc.)

  • Spearhead new module builds (Benefits Hub, Paradox AI integration, healthcare carrier feeds)

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance (heavy interface with FP&A; expect CFO involvement in process)

  • Train, support, and energize internal customers—no hiding behind the system

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in HRIS/HR Systems (3+ years hands-on with UKG Pro/UltiPro; UKG Ready considered)

  • Advanced with SQL, Power BI, and HR data analytics

  • Proven project leadership—implementations, integrations, and upgrades

  • Detail-obsessed, pressure-tested, and ready to innovate

  • Polished, collaborative, and people-forward—can connect with all levels

  • Career-driven, loyal, and ready to show your wins (bring examples to the interview!)

The Fine Print:

  • No direct reports; you’re the architect and operator

  • Multi-state scope (20+ states, East Coast focus; no CA/CO candidates)

  • Hybrid/flexible: Office options in NJ, MD, TX, or remote

  • Industry background? Wide open.

  • Fast-track process: 2–3 interviews, possible assessment, quick decision for the right fit

The client offers medical, dental, vision, 401K, Up to 15 days PTO, and paid company holidays.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
