We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team in Orangevale, CA. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of data and providing outstanding support to internal staff and external vendors. Job Summary:


The Administrative Support role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. The position involves significant data entry and handling tasks where precision and accuracy are essential.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Phone Communication: Handle and direct incoming phone calls professionally.


  • Order Processing: Efficiently and accurately process customer orders.


  • Mail Management:



    • Manage and distribute incoming mail.


    • Coordinate and oversee outgoing customer service mail.


  • Internal & External Communication: Maintain daily communication with internal staff and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.


  • Label Requests: Process and fulfill label requests promptly and accurately.


  • Document Coordination: Manage changes related to phytosanitary certificates and ensure proper documentation.


  • Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as assigned to support team goals.


Qualifications:



  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy is required for all tasks.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.


  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.


  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.


  • Data Entry Expertise: Previous experience with data entry is preferred, with a focus on speed and precision.
