Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base + bonus | Start Date: Immediate

A high-performing, fast-paced investment environment is seeking a poised and proactive Executive Administrative Coordinator to join a collaborative team supporting senior leadership. This is a newly created role designed to enhance operational flow and elevate the guest experience across the firm.

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid support role—balancing front-of-house presence with behind-the-scenes coordination. You’ll work closely with a team of executive assistants and interface with high-level stakeholders, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a polished first point of contact for visitors, delivering concierge-level hospitality.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Collaborate with other administrative professionals to support a growing investment team.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, handle expense reporting, and assist with recruiting logistics.
  • Contribute to internal event coordination (approx. 12 annually), from planning to execution.
  • Jump in on special projects and provide backup support across the admin team as needed.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of administrative experience in a professional services, legal, or financial setting.
  • A natural sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs.

  • Experience juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
  • A polished, composed demeanor—especially when interacting with external guests and executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Why This Role?
You’ll be joining a firm that’s scaling quickly and values initiative, discretion, and team spirit. If you’re hungry to grow, love being the glue that holds things together, and take pride in delivering seamless support, this is your opportunity.
