LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Member Outreach Manager to lead the member engagement efforts and manage outreach campaigns. This role offers a flexible onsite/hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balance between in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns to engage and retain members
Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs and feedback inform campaign strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging and materials for outreach efforts
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in member engagement and outreach
Ensure outreach efforts align with organizational goals and brand standards
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on campaign progress and outcomes
Qualifications:
Proven experience in member outreach, engagement, or campaign management
Strong project management and organizational skills
Membership recruiting experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and campaign management software
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform strategies
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite/hybrid with only 1 day a week in the office
Monday – Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST
