LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our client’s team in Carmel Valley. As an integral part of their pharmaceutical company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and vendor coordination
Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency
Serve as the main point of contact for building management and external vendors
Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Support HR functions, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve workflow
Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations
Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager and/or administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred but not required
Working Hours:
40 hours per week

Onsite
Monday – Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST
