Full-Stack Software Integrator

Work Location: Hybrid schedule, 3 days on-site in Downtown San Diego

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Full-Stack Software Integrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining APIs, console applications, and data integrations, with a strong focus on performance and consistency across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy software applications across the full stack—presentation, business logic, and data layers.

  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and console applications using ASP.NET Web API and C#.

  • Develop and enhance SSIS packages and SQL Server/T-SQL scripts to support data workflows.

  • Integrate and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

  • Leverage Azure services including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and Data Factory for cloud-based development and integration.

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities independently while delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to propose and implement effective technical solutions.

  • Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and quickly adopt new tools and frameworks to meet evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience in full-stack development within enterprise environments.

  • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Web API, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server/T-SQL, and SSIS.

  • Experience with Azure cloud services and integration tools.

  • Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to technology adoption.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience in performance tuning and optimizing enterprise applications.

  • Knowledge of data consistency and reliability best practices in distributed systems.

Compensation: $45-50/hr (position would move to $105k annually upon conversion)
