Full-Stack Software Integrator
Work Location: Hybrid schedule, 3 days on-site in Downtown San Diego

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Full-Stack Software Integrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining APIs, console applications, and data integrations, with a strong focus on performance and consistency across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy software applications across the full stack—presentation, business logic, and data layers.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and console applications using ASP.NET Web API and C#.
Develop and enhance SSIS packages and SQL Server/T-SQL scripts to support data workflows.
Integrate and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Leverage Azure services including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and Data Factory for cloud-based development and integration.
Manage multiple projects and priorities independently while delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to propose and implement effective technical solutions.
Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Stay current with emerging technologies and quickly adopt new tools and frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience in full-stack development within enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Web API, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server/T-SQL, and SSIS.
Experience with Azure cloud services and integration tools.
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fast learner with a proactive approach to technology adoption.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in performance tuning and optimizing enterprise applications.
Knowledge of data consistency and reliability best practices in distributed systems.
Compensation: $45-50/hr (position would move to $105k annually upon conversion)
