Bilingual HR Generalist - Tampa

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist for great company in Tampa, FL. If you are someone who is a self-starter with at least five years of HR experience, with particular experience in Employee Relations, this could be the perfect job for you! The idea candidate will be someone with an understanding of all aspects of HR.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all employee relations and programs
  • Oversee all FMLA, LOA, and Benefits
  • Manage and process all payroll
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
  • Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR
  • Responsible for understanding all employment law


Experience

  • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience and at least 5 total years of experience in Human Resources

Skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Knowledge of Paylocity
  • Payroll processing
  • Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability

Work Type

  • Full Time, Direct Hire, M-F 8am-5pm
  • Onsite
  • Salary: $70-80k/year
