Now Hiring: HR & Operations Manager
Are you a true HR Generalist who has seen and done it all under the HR umbrella? This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise to a mission-driven nonprofit organization making a real difference.
What You’ll Do
Lead HR functions: employee relations, compliance, labor relations, and more (about 60% of the role)
Oversee benefits administration (20%)
Collaborate with facilities on day-to-day operations for two sites (20%)
Manage and mentor an HR Assistant (direct report)
What We’re Looking For
Experienced HR leader with 3–5+ years in a supervisory HR role (degree or equivalent experience required)
A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves generalist who thrives in a small company environment (<100 employees)
Someone passionate about supporting a nonprofit mission and being a true partner to leadership and staff
Location: San Francisco, CA (onsite)
Compensation: $85K–$100K DOE
Schedule: M–F, 8:30–5 (flexibility available)
Type: Direct Hire
