Senior Compensation Analyst
Start: ASAP
Location: Fully onsite in San Jose, CA
Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst (3–5 years experience) to support core compensation programs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This position supports programmatic compensation work, including: Annual focal processes, incentive payout cycles, market pricing, and salary survey participation
Compensation analysis for both salaried and hourly roles (hourly population under 100)
Managing compensation needs for ~70 open roles
General compensation inquiries and data support
Execution-focused work with no business-partnering requirement
The environment is high-volume and fast-moving, requiring someone who can contribute immediately as part of a lean Compensation/Total Rewards team.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of traditional compensation experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel preferred
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
Comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Team-oriented, proactive, deadline-driven, and energetic
Experience with multi-state or global compensation a plus
