About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team in San Mateo, CA. Key Responsibilities:



  • Support daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and logistical tasks.


  • Assist in managing projects, coordinating timelines, and tracking deliverables.


  • Provide financial support, including budget tracking, invoice management, and basic reporting.


  • Collaborate with HR on tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting compliance efforts.


  • Draft and review documents, contracts, and reports; paralegal experience is a plus.


  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties for the team.


  • Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).


  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, paralegal support, finance, or HR/admin roles.


  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.


  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
