About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team in San Mateo, CA. This onsite role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks while contributing to the efficiency and success of a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and logistical tasks.
Assist in managing projects, coordinating timelines, and tracking deliverables.
Provide financial support, including budget tracking, invoice management, and basic reporting.
Collaborate with HR on tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting compliance efforts.
Draft and review documents, contracts, and reports; paralegal experience is a plus.
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties for the team.
Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in project management, paralegal support, finance, or HR/admin roles.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
