LHH Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and detail?oriented Administrative Assistant to our client in Santa Fe, NM and serve as a key liaison within the Operations Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, manages multiple priorities with ease, and consistently follows through to completion. You will support assigned trust accounts, maintain critical records, communicate with clients and professionals, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of coordination between the Trust Officer and various Operations Department functions, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain an organized and proactive tickler system for all assigned trust accounts, ensuring timely completion of follow?up tasks and required actions.
- Accurately process account-related transactions, including payments, distributions, real estate taxes, and estimated tax payments.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, beneficiaries, portfolio managers, attorneys, CPAs, and other trust professionals regarding assigned accounts.
- Monitor daily account activity to ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain well?organized and accurate files, records, and documentation for all assigned trust accounts.
- Provide backup coverage for the Front Desk Administrator, assisting with front?office duties as needed.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
