? What You’ll Do:
- Lead full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles
- Source top candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach
- Draft and manage job postings that attract the right talent
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process
- Prepare letters and assist with compensation decisions
- Ensure smooth pre-employment and onboarding experience
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and maintain compliance with employment laws
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience (preferably in high-volume or diverse hiring)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for people, process, and continuous improvement
- Pay is $55,000 - $75,000 dependent on experience

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
