Human Resources (HR) Generalist:



LHH is looking for an exceptional Human Resources Generalist in Scottsdale, AZ, central area for a healthcare client. This individual will report to the Manager of HR, and will be responsible for day to day assistance in a variety of Human Resources related tasks such as onboarding, employee relations, implementation, performance management and compliance audits.


Ideally, this HR Generalist would be familiar with company operations with 400+ employees.

HR Generalist job responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  1. Full cycle recruiting experience is a plus but not required


  2. Processing weekly payroll for employees


  3. Performance management and the creating and implementation of policy


  4. Employment laws


  5. Processing leave and corresponding documents on behalf of HR team


  6. Schedule both internal and external meetings for HR department members


  7. Job post and help recruit for production positions. Screening phone calls


  8. Assist in timely and accurate submission of expense reports and related work documents.


  9. Onboarding, off-boarding


  10. Compliance and working under California Laws


  11. Prepare HR related reports and analyze related data


  12. Organize and maintain HR related files and employee information


  13. Employee relations, benefits such as FMLA, leave of absence, worker's compensation and more!



Qualifications:


• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role in a similar capacity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or PHR/SHRM Cert w/ years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and work independently on a variety of projects
$60K - $75K annual salary depending on years of experience
