CALLING ALL LOAN OFFICERS AND LOAN ORIGINATORS AND MORTGAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANDIDATES!
LHH is seeking a motivated and results-driven Mortgage Account Manager to join our clients home equity and mortgage team in Scottsdale! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage and a deep understanding of the home equity and mortgage industry, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute client services strategies to generate new business and achieve sales targets for home equity and mortgage products.
Identify and build relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate home equity and mortgage solutions.
Present loan options, explain terms and conditions, and guide clients through the application process.
Collaborate with the underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and timely loan approval process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Clear a background check
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the mortgage industry.
Pay $22/hr plus commissions roughly around $4,000 - $10,000 a month depending on you!!
Hours: Fully In-person - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, occasional overtime and Saturdays
