Salary: $80,000–$110,000 DOE + Quarterly & Annual Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
LHH is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal for a highly regarded family law firm. This is a remote position, but the candidate must reside in Washington State and be able to commute to the Kirkland office as needed for onboarding and occasional team meetings.
Responsibilities
·Manage client communication and expectations as the primary point of contact
·Draft and file legal documents: pleadings, discovery, parenting plans, declarations, etc.
·Prepare and review discovery responses, trial materials, and exhibits
·Analyze financial documents and create support worksheets and spreadsheets
·Maintain case calendars and track deadlines for 35–45 active cases
·Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
·Track and enter billable hours; assist with billing
Required Qualifications
·2+ years of family law paralegal experience in Washington State
·Familiarity with King, Pierce, and Snohomish County court systems
·Paralegal certification or relevant legal education
·Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
·Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio) and billing systems
·Must reside in WA State and be able to commute to Kirkland as needed

·Salary: $80K–$110K DOE + performance-based quarterly and annual bonuses
·Overtime: Time and a half for hours over 40/week

General PTO Highlights
·PTO is accrued per pay period and based on regular hours worked.
·PTO is recorded in 4-hour increments.
·TO may carry over into the next calendar year, up to a maximum limit (see below).
·If more than 3 consecutive days are missed due to illness, a doctor’s note may be required.
·Unused PTO is not paid out upon separation from the firm.
Salaried, Exempt Employees
· From date of hire through the end of the 4th year:
·Accrual rate: 5.2308 hours per biweekly pay period
·Potential annual PTO: 136 hours (3.4 weeks)
·Max year-end carryover: 80 hours
· From 5th year through end of 9th year:
· Accrual rate: 6.1539 hours per biweekly pay period
·Potential annual PTO: 160 hours (4.0 weeks)
·Max year-end carryover: 100 hours
·Starting 10th year and onward:
·Accrual rate: 7.6924 hours per biweekly pay period
·Potential annual PTO: 200 hours (5.0 weeks)
·Max year-end carryover: 120 hours
Hourly Employees
·From date of hire through the end of the 4th year:
· Accrual rate: 0.0577 hours per hour worked
·Potential annual PTO: 120 hours
·Max year-end carryover: 60 hours
·From the 5th year onward:
·Accrual rate: 0.0770 hours per hour worked
·Potential annual PTO: 160 hours
·Max year-end carryover: 80 hours
·PTO is accrued per pay period and may be carried into the next calendar year, up to the carryover limit.
·PTO must be taken in 4-hour increments.
·Employees calling in sick for more than 3 consecutive days may be required to provide a doctor’s note.
·Unused PTO is not paid out upon separation from the firm.
