Front Office Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in Downtown Seattle with a Front Office Reception position. This will be a contract-to-hire opportunity for the team and a full-time, 100% onsite position.
This role will be focused on being the face of the organization, greeting visitors and internal employees with a positive demeanor and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all. This will also entail a high-volume of answering phone calls, clerical duties such as filing and scanning documents, and assisting the office administrative team when needed. This client is looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well independently with little to no guidance on their daily activity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years reception/administrative experience
- Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
