We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our clients team on a 5-month contract. This role will support HR systems operations, data integrity, and process improvements to ensure seamless HRIS functionality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP).

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Perform system testing, upgrades, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries for HR and leadership teams.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams on integration and process improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4+ years of HRIS experience, including system maintenance and reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • HRIS platforms (SAP SF, Workday, ADP). Must Have



Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
