Role: Litigation Legal Assistant -General Civil Litigation
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid 3 days on-site)
Salary range: $75,000 - $105,000
Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (40-hour work week)
LHH is working with a mid-sized law firm to help them find an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy litigation desk that will support multiple attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is maintained accurately.
Support attorneys with case preparation, including trial logistics and administrative tasks.
Coordinate schedules, including meetings, court appearances, and appointments.
File legal documents with courts and ensure adherence to applicable procedures and deadlines.
Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
Required Skills
Proficient in drafting, formatting, and transcribing legal documents with strong written communication skills.
Must have strong docketing and calendaring abilities
Must have great follow through on tasks and be able to communicate with attorneys on where things are at in projects and tasks
Comfortable using legal research platforms, especially Westlaw.
Highly organized, with attention to detail in managing case materials and deadlines.
Minimum of 3+ years of WA state litigation experience.
Must be available to work fully onsite during probationary period (60 days).
