Job Title: Family Law Legal Assistant Location: Seattle, WA Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00
LHH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join our client's Family Law Practice Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize multiple cases efficiently.
Manage attorneys' schedules and ensure all case deadlines are met, including timely confirmation of motions.
Handle the coordination and production of discovery materials.
Prepare for extensive motions practice, mediation sessions, and trials.
Support lawyers in the preparation of cases for filing, mediation, settlement, and trial.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in WA Family Law
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases.
Experience in managing attorneys’ dockets and adhering to case schedules.
Skilled in coordinating discovery production.
Ability to organize for heavy motions practice, mediation, and trials.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and stay on task.
