Role: Legal Assistant – Litigation
Location: Seattle, WA (On-site)
Pay: $65,000-$80,000
LHH is working with a busy civil litigation firm in Seattle to find a Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience for their team to work on various legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Case management, scheduling, and calendaring
- Document production and filings (State and Federal)
- Meeting strict court deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Handling confidential internal matters with discretion
- Supporting attorneys with professional liability defense, business and commercial litigation, professional negligence, personal injury, coverage, and premises liability cases
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation legal assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Experience working with State and Federal courts
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines effectively
