Litigation Legal Assistant – Seattle, WA (hybrid)
Pay: $70K- $90K
LHH is working with a well-established law firm and is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their downtown Seattle office. This role supports a busy litigation practice and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for civil litigation matters
File and e-file legal documents with State, Federal, and Appellate courts
Maintain both physical and electronic case files
Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Manage calendars, schedule court dates, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate with clients, court officials, opposing counsel, and vendors
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
Strong knowledge of court filing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems (e.g., NetDocs, Adobe, DocuSign)
Excellent organizational and proofreading skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
