Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Complex Litigation team. The group handles sophisticated, high-impact litigation matters across a broad range of industries and subject areas. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in complex, deadline-driven environments and enjoys collaborating closely with attorneys and team members on meaningful work.
Responsibilities:
- Support complex litigation matters from inception through trial
- Conduct legal research, writing, cite-checking, and factual analysis
- Assist with drafting complaints and other pleadings
- Manage document collection, review, and production processes
- Code and produce documents in Relativity
- Track discovery deadlines and maintain case organization
- Assist with trial preparation and case-based project management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex or class action matters
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery
- Proficiency with document review platforms; Relativity experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, sound judgment, and a positive, team-oriented approach

- Personal Time Off (PTO) is accrued at:
- 15 days per year (three weeks)

- Transportation/Commuter Benefit: monthly onsite stipend ($50–$250) or paid transit/parking for designated full-time onsite employees
- Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
