Job Title: Probate Paralegal
Location: Seattle, WA (90 days on-site then hybrid 2 days WFH)
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 (DOE)
LHH is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal with a minimum of 43+ years of experience in probate and estate administration. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of probate procedures and Washington State laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft petitions, motions, and orders related to probate matters
Prepare and file court documents in compliance with local rules and deadlines
Maintain and organize probate case files (physical and electronic)
Assist clients with form completion, provide case updates, and communicate with sensitivity
Conduct legal research to support attorney strategies
Liaise with court personnel, clients, and related professionals
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of probate experience in Washington State
Strong understanding of probate law and court procedures
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Empathetic approach to client communication during sensitive situations
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
