Accounts Receivable Specialist

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $27–$32/hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a global manufacturing client located in Southfield, MI that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering consistent hours and long-term potential within a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing and cash application

  • Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts accurately

  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies and short pays

  • Maintain accurate AR records and documentation

  • Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and payment status

  • Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable

Qualifications:

  • Prior accounts receivable experience required

  • Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel

  • Ability to work independently in a fully on-site setting
