Benefits Administrator – Contract | Southfield, MI

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a global manufacturing client in Southfield, MI, in their search for a Benefits Administrator. This is a contract position, fully on-site, offering a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Benefits Administrator

  • Location: Southfield, MI (Fully On-Site)

  • Type: Contract (3 months or longer)

  • Compensation: $24–$26 per hour (based on experience)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans

  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and resolve issues promptly

  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to support benefits administration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Previous experience in benefits administration or related HR roles preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
