LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in the financial industry to fill a temporary Compensation and Benefits Manager position. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is currently available and ready to step into this critical role to provide immediate support and expertise. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Position Details:
Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager
Location: Stafford, VA
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Pay Rate: $32–$38 per hour (DOE)
Duration: Temporary assignment with potential for permanent placement
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.
Analyze market trends and internal data to recommend competitive compensation structures.
Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to address employee inquiries and provide solutions.
Ensure all policies and procedures adhere to applicable regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role in HR.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
Comprehensive understanding of compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and compliance.
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
Availability to begin work immediately.
