Administrative Support Specialist – 1-Year Contract (Onsite in Swiftwater, PA)
📍 Swiftwater, PA | Onsite | 1-Year Contract
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist for a full-time, 1-year onsite contract based in Swiftwater, PA. This is a critical role supporting key business operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in SAP and VEEVA.
Relocation candidates welcome (at own expense). Please note: this is a short-term assignment requiring full onsite presence.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to departmental managers
Prepare professional-grade correspondence, reports, and documentation
Manage department filing systems and handle confidential data with care
Oversee office supply needs and coordinate internal communications
Handle email, calendar, and mail management for leadership
Support department projects and recommend process improvements
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and record keeping
Interface with internal departments and external contacts for information flow
🎯 Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves):
Hands-on experience with SAP and VEEVA is REQUIRED – no exceptions
Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to create accurate, polished documents
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred)
At least 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or industrial environment
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential material
Comfortable working with minimal supervision and handling multiple priorities
💡 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Prior experience supporting department managers or cross-functional teams
Ability to suggest and implement process improvements
