LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Tallahassee, FL. This is a direct hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities
Handle AP functions including:
- Processing (using 2-way matching) and reconciling invoices
- Performing check runs
- Setting up new vendors
- Distributing invoices
- Performing credit card reconciliations
Experience
Minimum of two to three years of accounts payable experience required
Skills/Knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
Proficiency using Concur a plus
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
Education
HS diploma required (Associate degree in Accounting preferred)
Work Hours/Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$47-57K
