Title: HR Generalist - ADP Experience
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: Up to $65,000 annually
Schedule: 100% Onsite
Experience Required: 2–3 years of HR experience
About the Role
We are seeking a professional, proactive, and personable HR Generalist with ADP experience who thrives in a fast?paced, highly confidential environment. This role supports HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, strong judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling, hiring, and termination processing
Prepare and conduct onboarding while educating new hires on HR policies and internal procedures
Assign and manage pre-employment compliance courses
Perform employment verifications and background checks
Support credentialing operations as needed
Maintain accurate data entry and recordkeeping in ADP HRIS
Track licensure and certification renewals
Assist employees with HR-related inquiries (records, employment, training)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, TFHC, state, federal, and accreditation standards
Support organizational development, quality improvement, and HR initiatives
Provide day?to?day HR support beyond clerical tasks
Collaborate with HR leadership to resolve moderately complex issues and escalate sensitive matters appropriately
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience
Minimum 3 years in HR with exposure to recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance
Skills
Proficiency in ADP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong Excel skills required
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast?paced environment
High attention to detail
Demonstrated integrity and strict confidentiality
Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.25 per hour
