LHH is partnering with a large construction company in search of a Senior Estimator for their Tempe, AZ location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead high-value estimating efforts for large-scale projects across hard bid/lump sum, construction management and design-build deliver models. They are seeking someone with a deep understanding of commercial concrete structures. This is a direct hire job that offers a salary paying between $140K - $170K base. RESPONSIBILITIES
Detailed analysis of isometric, as-built and engineering drawings for hard-bid/lumpsum, construction management and large design build projects
Creates critical path schedules including milestone dates and completion of timelines that satisfy the contract requirements
Take-offs, materials, construction equipment pricing – ensuring bids validity and price escalation
QUALIFICATIONS
Someone coming from commercial concrete structures such as data-centers, higher education or aviation
Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines or trade experience
10+ years of progressive construction cost estimating with at least 12 months of onsite exp
