LHH is partnering with company in Thomasville looking for a Claims CSR to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $20-22/hr. and will be onsite M-F 8-5. Must have B2B customer service and claims experience to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing order process from start to finish

  • Receive and analyze incoming claims and identify appropriate corrective course of action to rectify issues

  • Analyze reports within ERP to identify and determine how to reduce recurring claims

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior B2B customer service and claims experience

  • Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Experience utilizing an ERP and Microsoft Excel

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
