LHH is partnering with company in Thomasville looking for a Claims CSR to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $20-22/hr. and will be onsite M-F 8-5. Must have B2B customer service and claims experience to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities:
Act as point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing order process from start to finish
Receive and analyze incoming claims and identify appropriate corrective course of action to rectify issues
Analyze reports within ERP to identify and determine how to reduce recurring claims
Qualifications:
Must have prior B2B customer service and claims experience
Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Experience utilizing an ERP and Microsoft Excel
