$20.00 - $22.00 per Hour


LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasvile searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This position will be contract-to-hire, onsite M-F 8-5 and will pay $20-22/hr. This role will be focused on item maintenance.


Responsibilities:



  • Manaage order process from A-Z for specified client accounts


  • Act as first point of contact regarding inventory shortages, extended lead times, delays within transit, etc.


  • Manage master item spreadsheet


  • Update spreadsheet to reflect any PO or pricing changes


  • Enter new PO’s/items into spreadsheet


  • Ensure all specifications for each PO are accurate and updated


Qualifications:



  • Must have B2B customer service experience


  • Item maintenance/master data experience strongly preferred


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy


  • Microsoft Excel experience required, ERP experience preferred
