LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasvile searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This position will be contract-to-hire, onsite M-F 8-5 and will pay $20-22/hr. This role will be focused on item maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Manaage order process from A-Z for specified client accounts
Act as first point of contact regarding inventory shortages, extended lead times, delays within transit, etc.
Manage master item spreadsheet
Update spreadsheet to reflect any PO or pricing changes
Enter new PO’s/items into spreadsheet
Ensure all specifications for each PO are accurate and updated
Qualifications:
Must have B2B customer service experience
Item maintenance/master data experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Microsoft Excel experience required, ERP experience preferred
