Position: Executive Assistant


Location: Thousand Oaks


Schedule: Monday-Friday


Pay: $85-$90k annually


Duties:



  • 5+ years of experience in office management and administration, preferably in a legal or finance environment.


  • 3+ years event planning experience.


  • Experience managing calendars for executive leadership.


  • 3+ years of experience in organizing global travel arrangements, preferred.


  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.


  • Basic accounting and financial management skills.


  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
