Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Thousand Oaks
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $85-$90k annually
Duties:
5+ years of experience in office management and administration, preferably in a legal or finance environment.
3+ years event planning experience.
Experience managing calendars for executive leadership.
3+ years of experience in organizing global travel arrangements, preferred.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Basic accounting and financial management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
