Inside Sales Representative (Direct Hire | 100% Onsite)
Location: Onsite in Tom's River, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a 100% onsite, direct-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Process inbound sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing, and order status
- Collaborate with outside sales, production, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer information within CRM/ERP systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused
