Administrative Assistant – Trenton, NJ

LHH is proactively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant, near Trenton, NJ. This position is Full time Contract to Hire(temp-perm). 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $21-$23 depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Responsibilities:

Inputting information into Excel

Will be handling pricing Putting together shipping instructions for warehouse Keep in communications with customers and vendors Assist Accounting with processing orders and payments Respond to emails Data Entry of inputting data into excel Provide updates on orders to both customers and vendors Process orders Qualifications: Must have 2 years’ experience in administrative background Must be intermediate in Excel Must be organized Have good written and verbal communication skills Employment type: Contract-Hire (Temp- possible Perm)

Salary: The anticipated pay range is $21-$23/hr.
