Accounting & Finance
Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in managing billing for projects and supporting a variety of accounting functions. This is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after 6–12 months.
What You'll Do
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Set up and maintain project records in the accounting system
Ensure contract terms are accurate and communicate contract changes with internal teams
Prepare client invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
Track and follow up on overdue accounts
Post payments and assist with cash application issues
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in billing (percentage completion/milestone/progress) or project accounting
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred, but not required
Strong Excel skills are a must
Background in Architecture industry required
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
