Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in managing billing for projects and supporting a variety of accounting functions. This is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after 6–12 months.


What You'll Do

  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable

  • Set up and maintain project records in the accounting system

  • Ensure contract terms are accurate and communicate contract changes with internal teams

  • Prepare client invoices and resolve billing discrepancies

  • Track and follow up on overdue accounts

  • Post payments and assist with cash application issues


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in billing (percentage completion/milestone/progress) or project accounting

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred, but not required

  • Strong Excel skills are a must

  • Background in Architecture industry required

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
