Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a contract-to-hire role in Washington, DC. This role may become permanent based on business needs. Candidates should be flexible with working hours, as 40-hour weeks are not guaranteed. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established healthcare company.
Responsibilities:
Support the employee compensation program.
Collaborate with stakeholders for analysis support.
Assist in career architecture efforts, including job title and leveling meetings.
Update compensation documents.
Qualifications:
Experience in HR, finance, or related fields (internships up to 6 months considered).
Proficient in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, etc.).
At least 1 year in an HR Compensation Analyst role.
Strong background in compensation and career/job architecture design.

Shift:
Day shift: 1x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
