Job Description

We are seeking a detail?oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Wayne, PA. This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who can start immediately and has strong Excel skills along with a high level of accuracy in data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
  • Use Microsoft Excel to input, organize, and manage data (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
  • Ensure data integrity by following established processes and quality standards
  • Perform routine data audits and verification
  • Support administrative or operational teams with data?related tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time?management skills
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Wayne, PA and start immediately
