LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a respected law firm to hire a Corporate Legal Secretary to support attorneys in their corporate practice group. This is a great opportunity for a polished legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in corporate law support.
The role offers a hybrid schedule, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing complex legal documentation and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to corporate attorneys including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize client files, corporate records, and transaction materials
- Assist with filings, document tracking, and compliance-related tasks
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to support legal operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support billing and time entry processes as needed
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a legal secretary in a law firm supporting corporate attorneys
- Strong understanding of corporate law terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem solving
Benefits:
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
