Our client, a leading packaging company near Zion, IL, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions. This role is pivotal in managing payroll, compliance, and reporting processes, with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Develop and maintain HR reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in payroll and HR reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Work Schedule
- On-site: Monday to Friday (no remote option). Will be working with an AMAZING team!
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
