Our client, a leading packaging company near Zion, IL, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions. This role is pivotal in managing payroll, compliance, and reporting processes, with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and process payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries.
  • Support leadership with workforce planning and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in payroll and HR reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Work Schedule

  • On-site: Monday to Friday (no remote option). Will be working with an AMAZING team!
Pay: $90,000 - $130,000

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
