Location: Austin, TX ( Very Flexible Hybrid Schedule)
We are seeking a Accounting Manager to join our client's team in Austin, TX. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and analysis.
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and financial decision-making.
Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Qualifications:
CPA required (active license).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
